A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellations with less than 1 hour’s notice will be charged 100% of the service value. All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value. Deposits are non-refundable unless I am the one who must cancel your appointment. I have a 10-minute late policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable al momento de reservar para asegurar su cita.
